Diana & Joshua | March 2017 | Red Pine Lodge

For those planning their winter weddings, let this be some inspo for ya! Diana & Joshua’s wedding was rustic mountain meets urban glam. The Bride has worked for various high end designers in NYC and has impeccable taste, therefore every detail was thought through. Cute welcome bags, modern signage, lots of geometric vases, & flowy greenery added the special touches that made this wedding one-of-a-kind.

The weather didn’t want to cooperate, therefore the ceremony was moved inside, but the photos Carla Boecklin was able to capture in the misty rain are some of my absolute favorites! Such romantic moments captured underneath the clear canopy umbrellas. The weather also didn’t stop the groom & groomsmen from skiing into the ceremony!

The bride and groom did their grand entrance in dino costumes which was hysterical. The bride’s nickname is “diana-saurus rex”, which made it perfectly appropriate. This costume made an appearance throughout the night, as guests put it on to dance in it too.

The dessert bar, featuring sweets from their fav shop in NYC, was so special.  Oh! And did I mention the LED Dance Floor!? Such a fun added element to the dance party.
I little rain on their wedding day certainly didn’t take away from the beauty of the couple and the overall energy of this incredible day. Rain or shine — This wedding was a knock-out. Thanks for letting us assist with your magical wedding, Diana & Joshua!
