Caitlin & David | March 2017 | Blue Sky Ranch

This couple had been visiting & skiing in Park City for years and wanted to treat their guests to a true Utah destination-wedding experience — And that they did at Blue Sky Ranch’s big blue barn, ‘The Arena’.
The goal was an outdoor ceremony and although Utah is known for it’s gorgeous blue-bird spring skiing, it’s always a gamble of whether weather will cooperate. We had a tent on hold for them to use for their ceremony up until just 2 days before the wedding. We carefully watched the weather and made the last minute call to pull the tent for what turned out to be a gorgeous outdoor ceremony. Thank you for cooperating, weather Gods!
Their wedding style was a modern twist on rustic elegance with heirloom décor elements and lots of greenery. Their color palette included copper, emerald, scallop shell/peach & ivory. Signature drinks were served in the copper mugs, doubling as guest favors & escort cards. We displayed them on a custom built pallet wall, designed by Harvest Moon. Another wow element was the greenery chandeliers that we hung center stage over the dance floor.
Dancing was a major priority for this couple. Understandably so — They hired an awesome party band, New Soul Brigade, who killed it! Complete with horn section. The horns were passed through the dance party at one point, and a few (musically experienced) guests showed off their skills!

The night concluded with a LED balloon ‘tunnel of love’… A perfect ending to an epic night. Congrats again Caitlin & David!! We had so much fun assisting with your gorgeous wedding!
